Send the Package: Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier.

Inspection Timeline: We will complete a quality check within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item;

Refund Method: Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method;

Processing Time: Refunds typically arrive within 10 business days. If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days, please contact your payment provider or reach out to us for a transaction reference number.
